Project Manager Assistant Junior

F&M Ingegneria is looking for a **Project Manager Assistant** **Junior** to be placed in the main office in Mirano (VE).
The resource will be in charge of **supporting the PM in the management of job orders and construction site**, and in particular:
- Support the Project Manager in the ongoing management of each job order, from start-up to final delivery;
- Monitor project progress in order to meet schedule, budget and technical compliance;
- Drafting job order reporting for submission to the Client;
- Verify job order documentation and constant updating of schedules during both project and site phases;
- Manage the archiving of paper and digital documentation;
- Interface with internal and external resources (Client - suppliers).
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Structures;
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in PM assistant or similar roles;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, with level B2 or higher;
- Good knowledge of BIM software;
- Excellent knowledge of Autocad;
- Basic Midas knowledge;
- Good organizational and planning skills;
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
