Project Manager Assistant

Palermo, Italy The employee, within the Operation area, will support Project Managers with all typical activities of the field. More specifically, s/he will be involved in supporting the following activities:

Project analysis and definition: first contact with client, target definition, questionnaire analysis, sharing info with the team. Activities plan: timing, budget and resources needed coordination. Task assignment to relative departments. Project progress assessment. Total cost analysis. Client contact and requests management during the entire project duration. Requirements:

A qualified applicant will fulfill the following requirements:

Fluent English and French. Good knowledge for Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Problem solving skills. Good listening and teamwork skills.
