Posizione: Artelia Italia is looking for a Project Manager Assistant to join the Rome office within the Building Business Unit for an important logistics project in the Industry sector.
You will report directly to the Project Manager who oversees the entire project.
The main activities you will be dedicated are: Daily update/photo of site activity 3D site survey OpenSpace - weekly basis (specific workshop will be provided) Minute of Meeting preparation - weekly basis Weekly cliente report preparation support - weekly basis Monthly site report preparation support - monthly bases Daily interface with Work Director team and General contractor team for open items Attending specific meeting - upon request Support in coordination of client consultant - upon request General Client support request - upon request Requisiti: Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering Fluent in English – level B2/C1 Be registered in the Professional Register Altre informazioni: Site: Rome North If you see yourself in the points listed, send us your profile.
