Exor International is looking for aProject Managerto be hired that will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating project teams to reach project business goals.
He/She will frequently interact with the customers in order to better define/update the project scope during the time, as well as share acceptance criteria for the milestones .
When required, he/she will report to the Senior Manager about status of the projects.
He/she will also help the Senior Managers to set up internal and external meetings like Project Update Meeting and Project Review.
While performing the above mentioned activities, the Project Manager will be expected to leverage his/her knowledge of traditional project management practices with standard principles and tools, in order to manage the execution of the project in a fast paced iterative environment.
Responsibilities Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of valueSupport the Sales dept during the meetings with the customers to collect business needs and translate them in requirementsDepending on the size of the project, work alone or in pair with other Project ManagerManage projects and communication with customers representativesMonitor project deliverables in respect with time & budget constraintsAct as facilitator between team members to reach project goalsQualifications Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team buildingKnowledge of tools to support the day-by-day activities of Project Management is appreciated (Jira, Office Tools or equivalent)Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams at different levelsStrong organizational skillsAt least 3 years of experience in a similar roleKnowledge about SCADA , PLC's, HMI's projects for Automation is not mandatory but appreciatedFluent in English and in Italian (German will be considered as a plus).
