Your roleAs a Project Manager you will be involved in two critical areas: on the one hand you will manage site utilities in accordance with LEO Pharma standards and GMP while on the other hand you will oversee the implementation of CAPEX project plan within the factory.
More in detail, your main responsibilities will include:Develop a detailed CAPEX portfolio plan to track project progressDevelop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility according to GMPC/Best practicesCoordinate internal functions and third parties/vendors for the execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within established budget Measure project outcomes using LEO systems, tools and practicesPerform risk management to minimize project risks involving relevant stakeholdersYour qualifications To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering, project engineering or maintenance of chemical-pharmaceutical plantsFluent communication in English (both written and spoken)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packageKnowledge of national and international GMP standardsKnowledge of the production processProject management skillsAs a person, you are adaptable and flexible; you are a good communicator and not afraid to reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals.
