Your role
Within the Project Management Team, you will be responsible to achieve Project Targets in terms of Time, Quality and Costs, starting from the acquisition phase and follow the post sales activities during the field tests phase, according to the Product Development Process.
Main responsibilities:
PM is the person assigned by the performing organization to achieve the project goals. This includes the overall responsibility for the results of the project work as defined in the Project (e.g. meeting specifications, deadlines, budget, and product target costs). Create the Project Management Plan: to start project implementation, the project requires a Project Management Plan. Coordinate the creation of subordinate management plan(s) and other planning documents. Lead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders). Create the Project Scope definition: The Project Scope supplies an overview of the project. Perform the Project Risk List. Identify the possible project risks and planning of the risk counter measures. Provide timely relevant information for the Project steering committee and board management. Requisiti:
Your skills & experiences in order to be successful
About 5 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environment, preferably in a matrix organization. Good social and leadership skills, with proven experience in leading team members. Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customer with know-how in contracting and commercial practice. Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, be familiar with Project Management methodologies such as Agile or modern Stage & Gate; preferably PMP certified. Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics). Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project. Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies. Fluent in the English language, German language knowledge will be considered a plus. Experience abroad will be considered a plus.
