Project Manager

Your Responsibilities Manage medium to large projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies. Commit to project success and people development. Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication. Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed. Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems. At least 8 years of overall experience in software development. At least 2 years of proven success in managing teams and/or projects. Good at project management, people management, and leadership. Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills. Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture. Nice to Have Certificate in Agile/Scrum.
