Project Supply Chain Manager, directly reporting to the project manager.
The Project Supply Chain Manager is responsible for executing and managing supply chain, and , future, planning of product manufacturing to customer delivery.
This individual will work with a cross-functional team to ensure project completion, adhering to timeline and scope requirements and implementing costeffective and on-time delivery solutions, supporting new industrial plant construction and commissioning activities, while communicating regularly to internal and external stakeholders Responsibilities: • Defines, plans and coordinates the activities of a cross-functional team, leading through influence, to ensure project timelines and financial metrics are met.
• Leads and manage the communication across cross-functional team and international stakeholders' group.
• Manage project supply chain ensuring on-time delivery maintaining overall project ownership: ensures progress to plan, and communicates critical project achievements and/or risks.
• Identifies, prioritizes and leads project supply chain activities in line with project baseline financial metrics, documenting savings or other identified project initiatives.
• Supports project review meetings providing significant updates, assessing risks and risk mitigation plans.
• Addresses problems through risk mitigation and contingency planning.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for project supply chain management.
• Builds and maintain good relationships with all colleagues, vendors/suppliers/partners and consultants.
• Drives improvement recommending strategies, policies and procedures updates, by evaluating suppliers and supply chain performances and collecting lessons.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, best practices and regulations in sustainable procurement.
