**Activities**:

- Process Improvement
- Project Management- The Project Manager will have organizational responsibility for a SPEA product or functional unit.- The job involves leading the delivery from the commercial negotiation and technical feasibility stages through design, development and construction to installation at the customer's end.- He/She will be expected to ensure that the work is completed on time and on schedule by all departments involved.- PM works closely with R&D, Sales and Commercial, Production, Customer Support.- Process Improvement- He/She will be responsible for working alongside one or more SPEA Departments for the purpose of streamlining their processes.
