The Project Manager is responsible for managing medium to large projects, generally over 250K, and is required to provide support and tasking direction to the project technicians and sub-contractors. This support will consist of administrative tasks, forecasting, planning, risk identification, change order management, billing, and payments.
Your responsibilities: Overall responsibility for completing assigned installation projectsEnsures on-time delivery of projects, within scope with zero or positive deviationLeads creation and maintenance of the project planMonitors financial performance on a monthly basis and reviewsManage project-specific install operations teams in the effective adoption, implementation, and compliance with HBS Global and EMEAI policies, processes, procedures, tools, and business best practicesMaintains customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issuesControls cost and maximizes productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes, and products.Ensures the availability of tools, equipment, and materials required while maintaining and controlling inventory levelsParticipate in estimate review process prior to jobs or contracts being quoted to ensure labor estimates are correct and that the work is achievable from a technical perspectiveParticipates in risk review and sales to operations handover meetings for assigned projects.Manage the performance management process, conducting performance appraisals, and providing coaching, training, career planning, development, salary administration, and reward and recognition for assigned personnel.Develops effective relationships with the Sales and Service teams to ensure effective sales to operations handovers, optimized utilization of resources, and maximized pull-through of service and projects.Ensure a safe and healthy work environment through effective communication, training, equipment/vehicle maintenance, and facilities improvementMust have: At least 3 years of experience as Project ManagerDemonstrated ability to lead different stakeholdersClient-orientedCommunication skillsAbility to understand the implications and assess the appropriate degree of acceptable risk and take actions to minimize riskAbility to engage employees by providing relevant information in a timely manner using clear and compelling messages and by listening to and valuing input from employees.Drive for Results - achieve results and improvement by overcoming obstacles, remaining effective despite setbacks, and challenging current thinking.Engineering/management degree and PMI Certification is a plusWhat We Can Offer You: Dynamic, stimulating, and creative international work environmentA culture that fosters inclusion, diversity, and innovationThe chance to work with cutting-edge products and solutionsA competitive salary packageMultiple possibilities to grow within the company structureIf this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you.
