Team Overview And Job ResponsibilitiesThe Projects Division of Prysmian Group is looking for a Project Manager based in Milano, in the HQ of the Company. He/she will report directly to the Regional Projects Director and will be part of the Offshore Wind Farm Region. The candidate will be assigned to both supply only and EPCI projects delivered to our Customers, more specifically the main Developers of Offshore wind farm including both Export and Inter Array cables.
Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage all project activities and retain the final responsibility for the execution of the Project. Represents the Company towards the Customer and resolves all issues related to the implementation of the Project activities.Direct and manage all aspects of multi-discipline projects from initiation through completion.Define and control baseline scope, programme, and allowances in line with the change management procedures.Progress the Project activities in close coordination with the engineering and installation disciplines.Establish a budget; monitor the costs against the budget, manage claims and variations to achieve CM targets.Ensure the correct allocation of the resources necessary for carrying on and completing the project.Key RequirementsApproximately 5-7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational company.Previous work experience with EPCI projects.Master's Degree in Engineering or similar related Degrees with a PMP certification.Fluency in English.Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities, and excellent leadership and influencing skills.Attitude to deeply understand the scope and technical aspects of the project together with traditional PM skills.Flexible mindset and able to work in a very dynamic context.Good communication skills.Very strong analytical skills.Specific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations are a plus.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
