Role description:As a Project Manager, you will assist the Senior PM in planning, executing and finalizing the management work of the project(s) in accordance with the agreed deadlines.In addition, you will help the PM to coordinate the project team, manage relationships with customers and suppliers and with all stakeholders.Once the individual objectives of the project have been defined, your duties will also be to verify at every stage of the process that the activities assigned to the whole team are carried out in addition to always have an eye on the quality of the work that its being done.Role accountabilities: Manage of one or more projects, making sure of their correct execution according to the defined contractual methods; Plan the projects and the definition of contract development plans, setting up project teams suitable for the realization of the task and coordinating these resources; Act as mediator between the parties, maintaining active communication within and outside the organization; Conduct periodic meetings to verify alignment with the previsions regarding the progress of the project; Draw up summary reports of the weekly and monthly meetings, monitoring the progress of the activities and creating / modifying schedules and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Architecture, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering is required; Experience in the Hospitality sector will be considered a plus.
Around 5-7 years of experience as a PM or Design Coordinator with on situ experience; An excellent level of English (B2 / C1); Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus; Technical background to be able to attend and intervene in technical meetings; Coordination and time-management skills, ability to plan and direct coordination meetings; Orientation to results; Good knowledge: Autocad, Office package, Microsoft Project; Availability to travel.
