WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinateinternal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution ofprojects.
Managethe relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Develop a detailed project management plan
Developand manage the project schedule, with the assistance of a planner
Develop and manage the project budget, in accordance with the companyprocedures
Ensure that the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assurethe reporting documents set in the company procedures
Manage all financial aspects of the projects, including the invoicing to theclient
Identify and manage risks and opportunities
Reporting &analysis:
ProjectManagement Plan.
Monthly progress report.
Monthly review of project schedule.
Budget monthly follow-up and quarterly update.
Other: Guaranteethe implementation of the company H&S policy.
Guarantee the application of all company procedures and policies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR General requirement:
Project manager with at least 7/8 years of experience in managingEPC contracts for Italian Public Works and/or M&E works for water, energyor O&G top tier international EPC Contractors.
Education Requirements:
Engineering degree. PMP certification is considered as anadvantage.
Languages required:
Italian native/bilingual, English fluent, French is considered asan advantage.
Required Skills:
Ability to coordinate people and activities in compliance with theproject schedule and budget
Strong contractual understanding, both for Italian Public Works Contract andInternational standard forms
Proven technical background in the water, energy, O&G or similar sector
Ability to identify risks and opportunities and relevant action plans
Understanding of the project financial and planning tools and KPIs
Required behavior Skills:

Able always to have a global view and focus on the overall target, resultsoriented
Excellent communicator and team mentor
Solid negotiation skills
