About Valmet Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of our Operations Department manage projects for tissue converting solutionsAct as the key interface with customers by managing projects from order entry to on-site commissioningManage all the project phases starting from the handover from Sales to commissioning at customer siteEstablish and ensure solid and successful working relationship with CustomersOversee work progress and order changesTrack design review and Job progress considering set cost and milestonesTrack customer's punch list progress to completionManage the Factory Acceptance Test to guarantee that the equipment meets all the agreed specificationsManage the shipping, installation and start-up plan of the machines in accordance with the project schedules and safety specificationsInteract with Customer Service for the project handoverCoordinate with all the stakeholders on the project regarding commissioning and manage the commissioning teamTo succeed in this role you should haveDegree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similarAt least 3 years of experience as a Project ManagerExperience in manufacturing industriesMS Office proficiency, especially MS Project and ExcelKnowledge of SAPStrong interpersonal skillsCustomer orientationProven ability to prioritize tasks and problem solving skillsFluent in English and Italian.A third language is appreciatedAvailability to travelWhat we offerBe a part of dynamic and collaborative teamBe part of an organization committed to innovation and excellenceOnboarding planInternal canteen free of chargeYearly training programJoin the team!
