Project Manager

Project Manager - HR Innovation Allos | part of Fiven is looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Milano, Carmignano di Brenta, or Roma.
Responsibilities: Manage projects including planning, documentation, client relationship, and team coordination; Ensure project KPIs are met; Monitor project delivery timelines and identify deviations; Support Consultants as an advisor on HR solutions; Manage project resources; Provide pre-sales support and contract drafting; Handle project issues and risks; Support business development as needed.
Requirements: +5 years experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM suites; Previous experience in project management and resource coordination; Knowledge of HR processes and digital transformation; Fluent in English; Degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field preferred; Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; Willingness to travel within Italy; Proactive with a team-oriented mindset; Problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and curiosity.
Location: Milano, Carmignano di Brenta, Roma.
