Your role As a Project Manager you will be involved in two critical areas: on the one hand you will manage site utilities in accordance with LEO Pharma standards and GMP while on the other hand you will oversee the implementation of CAPEX project plan within the factory.
More in detail, your main responsibilities will include: PROJECTS Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility according to GMPC/Best practices Coordinate internal functions and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within established budget Measure project outcomes using LEO systems, tools and practices Perform risk management to minimize project risks involving relevant stakeholders UTILITIES Technical and operational management of Site black & clean utilities, including coordination of third parties according to LEO standards, GMP, EHS and Law regulations and to foster environmental efficiency in the planned and agreed times and costs Manage Complex Infrastructure Services and Utilities safeguarding their continuous availability 24h 7days/week Identify and implement improvement actions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the relative units Guarantee cost effectiveness and consistency so that they are in line with the quality, accuracy and performance required Manage projects aimed at efficiency improvement of Site black & clean utilities systems through continuous process optimization and technical improvement Give technical insight to purchasing department for technical service providers Identify, evaluate, and implement requests from authorities and 'third parties' Manage the Site technical library including drawings, maintenance plans, etc Responsible for Site On Call service To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering, project engineering or maintenance of chemical-pharmaceutical plants Fluent communication in English (both written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package Knowledge of national and international GMP standards Knowledge of the production process As a person, you are adaptable and flexible; you are a good communicator and not afraid to reach out to the stakeholders you need to involve in accomplishing your goals.
