Are you a detail-oriented Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results in refurbishment and technical projects within the cruise industry?

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel refurbishment and technical cruise industry projects, from project award to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project timelines, control & monitor budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, provide status updates, and adjust project plans as needed to meet goals.
- Handle risk management and troubleshoot issues to maintain project momentum.
- Ability to identify additional works and conduct relative report & additional budget
- Travel to project sites as required to oversee execution of the project or survey for potential projects (travel time is estimated 30-40% and scheduled in advance).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (2+ years) in hotel refurbishment and/or technical projects. Experience in cruise industry projects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office software and in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, or similar).
- Experience in AutoCAD is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining highly collaborative.
