We are looking for a Software Tester who can lead the automation and functional testing of our products and ensure the highest quality standards.
As a Software Tester, you will have the opportunity to:
Plan, execute, and monitor the testing activities of multiple projects Coordinate with the development, business analysis, and client teams to define the testing scope, schedule, and deliverables Manage the testing resources, tools, and processes Report and escalate the testing issues, risks, and status to the stakeholders Ensure compliance with the testing best practices and methodologies To be successful in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software testing Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc.
Experience in functional testing, including manual and exploratory testing Fluency in Italian and English, and ideally a third language Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines One or more of the following certifications or qualifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Google Project Management: Professional Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Scrum Master If you are living in Italy, you must hold a P.Iva (VAT identification number) to be eligible for this position.
