The Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading very demanding projects, from award to warranty phase
- Working in a fast-evolving industry ecosystem
- Leading the multifunctional team carrying out the program, including but not limited to Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, etc.
- Achieving the execution of program activities on time, within budget and maintaining product cost within target;
- Partnering with our sales force as well as our technology team to secure new orders
- Providing interim metrics/reports on program status including financial risks & opportunities and ensure proper archiving of program schedule/cost documentation
- Playing an effective role in promoting in the cultural change toward the Energy Technology Company
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science or closely related field
- Have significant work experience in the area of Engineering and Project Management or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues and decompose these into a manageable set of tasks
- Demonstrate experience of leading projects with global teams
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
- Be able to speak fluent English
- Show excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
