DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Listed in order of relevance: Responsible and accountable for the project from order to final sign off for the assigned projects with minimal supervision from senior Project Management roles. Activities under his/her responsibility can include budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment and taking the lead of the following activities: kick-off, progress and close-out meetings, procurement and logistics management, milestone invoicing, testing activities, scheduling project execution activities and priorities, as well as supporting Field Coordinators in scheduling site activities, when required; Proactively engage with customers to solve problems, clarify the scope of supply and establish all project requirements. The Project Manager creates and manages project schedules, change orders, contractual & commercial terms and is responsible to deliver on time and within budget. He/she is required to travel to customer sites for meetings, site surveys, start-up and trainings, as per project scope. He/she is aligned with company's communication protocols, updates and negotiates with the customer on late or early deliverables, informs and advises if there are obstructions to execute or scope creep; Coordinate efforts between internal departments including sales, contract management, project and field engineering, supply chain and others, to ensure a smooth progress and completion of the project; Update project financials throughout project life (Estimate At Completion - EAC), check project financials achievement (GP%) with project closeout meeting and make sure Net Promoter Score (NPS) results are received. He/she is focused on reaching company's targets for project financials; Coordinate and communicate with sub-vendors, including monitoring their deliverables and supplies in adherence with the PO (time and scope); Organize test activities at CCC facility or CCC sub-vendor premises, supporting test logistics. He/she has the final responsibility to ensure that test procedures are ready and signed off at test completion, as per process compliance; Accountable for project process compliance and ISO 9000 adherence, in collaboration with Project Team Leader(s) and Project Engineer(s); Update ERP system with project status and dates, in order to support revenue forecasting, milestones invoicing and material scheduling; Respond to change proactively and handle other duties as required; Follow all company safety policies and procedures. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE University Degree is required, Engineering or Business Management / Economics are preferable; 5+ years of experience in project management or related field, 2+ years of experience in managing control system projects, or equivalent combination of education and experience; Customer interaction experience in industrial controls; Project Management certification is welcomed. WORKING CONDITIONS The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. International and domestic travel is required.
