**Project Manager**
**Purpose of the Job**
The Project Manager will be responsible for the contracts' management and interface with customers for the projects in scope of Services Signalling BU: technical Assistance and maintenance of railway signalling systems for Italian and international market

In addition to Customers and Suppliers, there will be interfaces with other Alstom functions, such as:
- Industrial
- Engineering
- Finance
- Bid & Sales management
- Quality
**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Guarantee that activities will be deployed with compliance with current legislation and Alstom Policies
- Guarantee the respect of contractual milestones and planning defined by projects in scope
- Organize meetings with Customers in order to check the progress of projects and identify improvements or new business opportunities
- Deliver reporting as per defined process and analyse financial KPI and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance
- Contribute to "Continuous Improvement" process, through definition and implementation of Projects Action Plan
- Support Budget development and revenue plan control
- Guarantee respect of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) laws and rules/regulations

**Educational Requirements**
MS Degree in engineering (Management, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical)
**Technical competencies**
- Process analysis and presentation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP
- Proven working experience in project management
- Working knowledge of financial and business principles
- Knowledge of railway market will be preferable
- Knowledge of Contract Management principles
**Behavioural competencies**
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Capability to work by objectives in complex organizations

**Availabilities**
- Full time position
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad
**Languages**
- Italian: native
- English: fluent
- Other languages will be a plus
**Experience**
2+ years of experience in project management in industrial or services companies
