JOB SCOPE: The Project Manager will be responsible for the contracts' management and interface with customers for the projects in scope of Services Signalling BU: technical Assistance and maintenance of railway signalling systems for Italian and international market .
In addition to Customers and Suppliers, there will be interfaces with other Alstom functions, such as: Industrial, Engineering, Finance, Bid & Sales and Quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Guarantee that activities will be deployed with compliance with current legislation and Alstom Policies Guarantee the respect of contractual milestones and planning defined by projects in scope Organize meetings with Customers in order to check the progress of projects and identify improvements or new business opportunities Deliver reporting as per defined process and analyse financial KPI and QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance Contribute to "Continuous Improvement" process, through definition and implementation of Projects Action Plan Support Budget development and revenue plan control Guarantee respect of EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) laws and rules/regulations REQUIREMENTS: MS Degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical) or Economy At least 3 yrs of experience in the same role in structured companies Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Working knowledge of financial and business principles Knowledge of Contract Management principles Knowledge of railway market will be preferable Capability to work by objectives in complex organizations English: professional knowledge JOB LOCATION: We can hire in our sites of Bologna, Florence or Rome.
