The Project Manager position is responsible for handling multiple concurrent projects, working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track met and the final outcome/result meets the client's needs. Responsibilities include full project life cycle management from business case and budget development to project execution while adhering to internal processes and best practices.

- Ensures timely execution and performance of tasks through the entire Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
- Owns and maintains the Product departments Project Plan, Resource requirement plan and project communications and metrics
- Coordinates with Product Managers (IT) and Product Owners (Business) in developing/maintaining the Product documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Strong communicator able to effectively present complex problem in simple terms along vertical from staff to C-Suite
- Ability to lead cross functional project teams with and in-depth understanding of both waterfall and agile project methods (Scaled Agile/SAFe) with the ability to bring agile techniques to business settings
- Ability to lead multiple projects independently with a high degree of follow through
- Experienced in influencing and managing cross-functional, matrix reporting based teams and projects
- Able to quickly learn work styles of key stakeholders and how to efficiently engage them
- Manage the relationship with Project Sponsor(s) and all stakeholders
- Skilled interviewer able to differentiate between hard and soft requirements and align those to budgetary constraints
- Able to clearly articulate voice of the customer/requirements
- Ability to think critically about approach and solutions in an effort to change course when needed and/or raise risks appropriately
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report/escalate to management as needed
- Successful in Business case development and cost benefit analysis
- High degree of personal organization, detail oriented, deadline driven
- 5 years' experience managing blended teams including staff, contractors and multiple locations
Required technical skills:
- Expertise in Azure DevOps or similar project portfolio management software (Jira, Clarity, Planview).
- Highly proficient in MS Suite, especially Excel (formula development & pivots) and PowerPoint
- Skilled in Power BI or Tableau highly desired.
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- Background in insurance highly desired
- PMI PMP certification
- CPCU certification highly desired
