From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Your ChallengeAs Team Leader for Project Management (Impianti) your mission will be to:Your main activities will be:Lead a team of PMs working on large projects related to electrical substation, supply of MV Boards, PV Plants, HV Stations.
This includes all steps from order opening, customer clarification, project planning setup, engineering and purchasing processes monitoring, construction and testing, to final installation and commissioning.Lead, support, control, and review the PMs team in managing project timing, costs, quality, risk identification and management, change requests and claims management.
Support PMs in achieving both project targets and customer satisfaction.Cultivate, monitor, growth, and develop the PMs community's skills and competences.Support and drive project execution in compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., people and product safety, environmental protection), internal regulations (e.g., signature authorizations, project decisions and agreements with customers within Limits of Authorities) and agreed customer processes.Be a close partner to customers, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and factories (MV/LV switchgears, inverters, etc.
