PROJECT MANAGER Department: Project Management Position: Project Manager Reporting to: Head of Project Management GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Project Manager (PM) manages the assigned projects, from the engineering and filing of the required permits, to the commercial operation date (COD), according to the EDPR's strategies and guidelines and guaranteeing the projects are carried out under the best practices in order to contribute to the successful fulfillment of the business plan.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: In charge of the assigned projects from the engineering to the handover to Asset Operation department (after COD), according to the EDPR's procedures.
Guarantee the fulfilment of delivery time and project costs from the beginning of the permitting stage, throughout the construction and until the COD.
Measure and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Supervise and coordinate EDPR's teams involved for each assigned organic project phase (engineering, development, construction, purchasing, financing, M&A, Energy assessment, environment, legal consultancy...), in order to ensure the complete coordination of all tasks.

Liaise with the relevant EDPR's department (Project Development, E&C, P&C, Accounting, Legal, …) and work with multi-disciplinary teams to identify project risks, barriers, and issues and propose possible solutions and mitigation strategies.
• BUSINESS PLAN AND BUDGET ELABORATION Planning, budgeting, controlling and reporting of the assigned projects in accordance with the EDPR's Business Plan and in coordination with the relevant EDPR's department (M&A, P&C, ACT).
Identify and forge potential cooperation with other companies, developers, competitors and supplier, understanding in great detail the renewable market in Italy, knowing competitors and the main participants in this business (included Wind Turbine and PV module supplier, Electrical and Civil Works contractors and suppliers, engineering advisors) Foresee risks and threats to guarantee the Company's competitive position.
Contract negotiation.
Rudiments of finance and modelling.
Keep the progress on the assigned projects up to date, promote the interchange of information and ensure that the objectives are timely met according to the budget.
Establish a network of high-level contacts throughout the part of Italy with frequent presence on the territory.
Represent the Company before TSO and DSO and other organizations in the sector, and before Public Administration and Elected people with the aim of defending the Company's strategic interests.
REQUIREMENTS: Master Degree in Engineering Languages: Italian and fluent English.
Spanish is a plus.
