- Work cross-functionally with other teams to facilitate effective communication between international teams.
- Manage ad-hoc projects assigned by the Leaders
- Manage all procurement needs of the team according to policies and procedures
- Support budget management
- Experience with managing Business and Team Events
- Ability to navigate complex processes and procedures and propose innovations/improvements when necessary
- Complex calendar management and meeting prioritisation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant or Office Manager
- Possess ownership and strong execution; objective-focused and able to work independently and under pressure; self-driven and initiative-taking.
- Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box; curious about and
keen on learning new things; compatible with the culture of Internet companies.
- Demonstrated objective-focused stakeholder management skills.
- Possess great organisation skills to manage time and schedules.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus (Spanish)
- Combined experience in both structured and start-up environment is strong a plus.
