DRI is taking a leading role in the energy transition in Europe.
Our mission is to accelerate the reduction in Europe's reliance on fossil fuels, and we have already established a portfolio of onshore wind and solar projects. At the end of 2023 we finished construction of our first solar park and windfarm, which are now exporting power.
To have the biggest impact, we target markets that are underserved by capital and renewable expertise, by a team with a long history in successful development and construction of major renewable projects.
We are now seeking a highly qualified Project Management Officer with a background in working with large projects and multifunctional teams. While experience in Renewables projects is not mandatory, it is considered desirable.
What you will do:
Organize, execute, and document work reports, ensuring control over protocol decisions and monitoring their implementation.
Prepare project information and materials for public meetings and committees.
Maintain the electronic archive for the project.
Update and control the project implementation schedule, actively communicating with all members of the project team to ensure timely completion of work.
Participate in forming output data for the development of investment models for the project.
Collaborate in the creation of the business plan for the project alongside the Project Manager.
Develop and maintain an operational payment plan, with daily updates and monitoring.
Formulate plan/fact after fact of payments on a monthly basis.
Participate in contract-related activities.
What you bring:
Higher education in a technical or economic field.
Proven experience in the implementation of large projects.
Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills.
Previous experience in project initiation and implementation.
Proficient in project planning and monitoring.
Demonstrated skills in calendar planning and constructing a critical path.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Ability to handle stress, multitask efficiently, and maintain a high degree of responsibility.
Attention to detail and a keen sense of responsibility.
Knowledge of the Italian language is required for projects in Italy.
