Tasks
To monitor the overall Regional Project Portfolio in terms of Economics and Schedule with a particular focus on criticalities and risk management To monitor the pool of resources assigned to the Region with particular attention to creation of Synergies within the entire Regional System by focusing on people growth and development To be accountable at HQ Level for the entire Project Portfolio To work together with HQ Functions and Business Development Function in creating a long term relation with Key Accounts operating in the Region
Key requirements- Master's Degree in Technical Engineering Subject- 10+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager- Experience running projects in large organizations where time to market and cost are critical success factors- Experience of working in an environment of change, involving new systems, new processes and culture change- Proven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery team- Stakeholder management skills- Driven and focused, insists on high level of performance and does not become resigned to the inevitability of delays- Effective leadership and communications skills, projecting competence and credibility- Structured and methodical, detailed conscious planner- Willingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms
