About Us:At Amaris, we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in our field. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-visibility projects and gain exposure at the corporate level.
Job Description:As a PMO, you will not be confined to traditional project management roles. Instead, you will be at the forefront of cross-factory initiatives, orchestrating project governance across various departments and ensuring the seamless execution of high-stakes projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project governance structures to oversee cross-factory initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Monitor project progress against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Scheduled Acceptance Limits (SAL).Implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.Engage with internal stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships to drive project success.Exhibit proactive leadership, identifying potential issues and opportunities ahead of time.Prepare and present project updates and strategic insights to corporate stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.Qualifications: Proven experience as a PMO or in a similar project management role, with a track record of managing cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of project management principles, including SLA, SAL, and risk management.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.Experience in coaching and team development.Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Nice to have : Experience in Insurance sector As we are a Consulting company, and also support our customers at their offices and R&D departments, we ask for flexibility in travelling, a desire to work closely with the customer, and a good amount of face-to-face cooperation.
