We are looking for a Project Leader Systems - Electronics Integration to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Chief Technical Engineer Lanzador. In this role you will be responsible for meeting all specified targets related to design, engineering, deadlines, costs and quality for the project throughout the entire product life cycle within the system scope of electronics integration.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
support CTE during the definition of technical and product requirements collaborate with Software Tools & Methodologies dept. and responsible for fostering analysis, facilitate decision making, escalation concerns/criticism and job stoppers to Model Line and functions accountable for function list definition and requirements, architecture and failure management (KPM) collaborate with Software Tools & Methodologies dept. for SW release and OBD development, electronic benches, facilities readiness including HILs responsible for FUSA and Cyber Security concept definition and development monitoring targets on direct costs, investments and suppliers in collaboration with Finance dept. manage and track PRM criteria, overall electronic test and verify target deviations About you Preferably degree in Engineering At least 5 years' experience in electronics integration field Knowledge and experience in Automotive field, preferred FUSA and Cyber Security electronics integration and validation Knowledge Hardware-in-the-loop Fully proficient in English, German as a plus Project and time management Flexibility Teamwork, also in the context of international teams Empathy and active listening Interpersonal communication and conflict management Analysis and problem solving What we offer Flexible working Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific job posting for internal employees Access to qualified Learning paths Development programs
