We are looking for a **Project Leader Finance **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the** **Head of Controlling** and functionally to the Product Line Director**.
**
Project Controller (PLF) is a key figure integrated in the product line organization.
As PLF, you will be responsible for steering and monitoring financial targets related to product family and single derivatives according to the mid and long-term company goals.
You will be responsible for delivering financial KPIs updates for each project milestone or project status, both at Lamborghini and Group Level.
You will assess the profitability of critical product decisions together with product line organization and recommend actions to meet financial targets.
You will be focused on the following activities:
- Financial KPIs steered for each project milestones both or project status are Project RoS (Return on Sales), RoI (Return on Investments), NPV (Net Present Value) identifying possible countermeasures in case of deviations vs target
- Profitability analysis and project benchmarks within Lamborghini and Group comparable models, identifying profit and cost potentials or risks and supporting the product cost and expenditures reviews during all project lifetime
- Supporting Commercial analysis (performed by Finance and Commercial Department) during pricing definition
- Defining and monitoring target budget to each functions, supporting CTE (Chief Technical Engineer) to KEFAG (R&D Project Leaders) budget definition
- Presenting the Investment releases process within Audi Committee (IK) and Group Committee (K-VAI) coordinating the internal stakeholders
- Product Line business case preparation (Make or buy analysis, Optional business evaluation through Product Grid, Color and Trim definition, personalization program Lev.

- Project planning for Budget/ Planning Round/Strategic Plan
- Within the model line for monthly financial reporting to Board of Management
- Escalating to Product Line Director and Head of Controlling in case of major deviations
- Support the financial evaluation related to concept and strategic phase
**About you**
- Master University degree in Economics, Management or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or Product Development in Automotive sector
- Knowledge of:
- Economics
- Strategic planning
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Passionate about product financial relationship
