Requirements
Key requirements
At least 5/10 years of experience in Automotive E/E domain;
Know-how on requirements, functional specifications management;
Knowledge of vehicle development lifecycle;
Knowledge of SW development process;
Knowledge and Experience with both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies;
Knowledge in the area test execution-management;
Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions;
Ability of working under pressure;
Ability to define and communicate priorities;
Target oriented attitude;
Strong communication skills;
Strong negotiation skills;
High level of autonomy;
Eligible to work full-time in Italy.
Preferential requirements
Previous experience with Requirements management tools, Atlassian suite (specifically Jira), MS Project or equivalent tool;
Knowledge in conflict management;
Innovative thinking attitude;
Time-management approach.
Other Informations
Education:Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrics, Human-Computer and Human-machine Interaction or related fields).
Language skills:Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level); knowledge of Italian and basic German would be appreciated (with willingness to improve).
