About the role
Arbolus is looking for an experienced professional for the role of a Project Lead to join our team in India. Our Project Leads are responsible for client delivery and maintaining and growing client relationships for their accounts/regions.
They lead a team of Associates/Sr. Associates and are responsible for leading and delivering on all short/medium/long term projects.
Our Project Leads are customer-obsessed and are constantly working towards providing great customer experience to our clients.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of:
Lead project delivery: Manage project delivery globally and contribute to revenue directly by working on projects themselves.
Responsible for assigning projects, scoping, articulating project needs clearly, and providing support throughout the project delivery cycle.
Ensure all projects meet the required SLAs, prioritize projects based on urgency, and optimize team allocation for effective project delivery.
Build relationships with key clients and frequent users, proactively support the team manager and sales team through active feedback on client needs.
Be a flagbearer of innovation and product development, providing regular feedback to the business and product team on process improvements and product enhancements.
Provide on-the-job coaching and mentorship to junior team members, develop training programs, and assist in onboarding new joiners.
About you

Requirements to succeed in this role:
Hands-on experience in the expert networking industry is mandatory.
Up to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles in a professional services organization such as Expert Network, Executive Search, or Market Research.
Experience in end-to-end project delivery and client handling, with the ability to manage critical projects through effective prioritization and team resource allocation.
University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement; advanced degree preferred.
Exceptional stakeholder/customer management skills and the ability to nurture relationships to achieve business priorities.
An agile mindset, curiosity about innovations, and the courage to break traditions.
