Your responsibilities include: Develop and execute the company's ESG strategy, in alignment with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations. Identify and prioritize ESG issues relevant to our business and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes across the organization. Conduct ESG risk assessments and implement mitigation measures to enhance performance and resilience. Monitor and report on key ESG metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability to stakeholders. Stay aware of global ESG trends, regulations, and best practices. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Previous and proven experience as Project Manager with a focus on Compliance/Corporate Governance ESG issues. Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting requirements. Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
