Project Engineering Planner

DescrizioneHitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Engineering Planner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.
The position is based in Pistoia - ITAccountabilitiesSupports the project team in the analysis of the scope of work, definition of the Work Breakdown Structure;Develops an integrated Engineering master schedule across all functions involved with milestones, deliverables, resources, etc.. to monitor the Engineering milestones;Identifying critical project paths;Support to the Chief Engineer / Project Engineer in the coordination of Design Review internally and with the Customer;Support for the preparation of reports on project progress and information prospects concerning budget control analysis;Managing communication and reporting towards project team and stakeholders;Working in relation to Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement and Testing Departments.Required Skills/ Knowledge+2 Years of experience to perform the aforementioned tasks as described in section aboveAvailability for domestic and overseas trips.Good knowledge of Office suiteAttitude to work under pressureTeam-working attitudeResult orientation, dynamism and proactivityDesired Skills/ KnowledgeComing from mechanical sector and knowledge of the software SAP R3 and MS Project and P6 Primavera is a preferential title.Education / QualificationsMaster's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Management is a preferential title)LanguagesKnowledge of written and spoken English at least B2/C1 level #J-18808-Ljbffr
