The company is hiring a Project Engineering Manager, responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing Engineering and Design of the Project throughout the Project duration. In this role, you will interact with project, engineering, controls department managers, external stakeholders, sub-contractors, and the Client.

Responsibilities:Organize and direct all engineering forces in the project organization.Assist the Project Manager/Director with the resolution of engineering issues and determination of solutions.Coordinate engineering matters with the Client and Sub-contractors.Participate in weekly project meetings with the Client.Review and approve engineering documents, i.e., drawings, procedures, specifications, and requisitions.Plan and direct receiving, distribution, and filing of engineering documentation through the Document Controller.Authorize requisitions for materials and subcontracting in regard to technical matters.Report change/supplemental work related to engineering to the PMO. Prepare a description of change proposals.Interact with co-workers, vendors, the general public, and representatives of other organizations to obtain and disseminate information, advise on projects, resolve conflicts, set priorities, coordinate activities, complete projects within time and budget constraints, and provide assistance.Most of the work is carried out on a project basis with tight deadlines and well-defined milestones for the delivery of project objectives. The Project Engineering Manager is involved across all aspects of service delivery, from carrying out feasibility exercises and determining requirements to preparing detailed, technical, and operational documentation.Have extensive experience in projects relevant to the integration of Telecommunications, Security Systems, and Networks.Be an excellent problem solver who can determine the main source of product issues and provide quick, elegant solutions.Have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant design experience.Have the ability to analyze and reduce a wide range of product data in the determination of root causes of problems.Have knowledge of design documentation standards.Demonstrate initiative and apply personal talent to practical solutions.Be self-motivated and work independently as well as in teams.Be fluent in English, with comprehension, reading, writing, and interpersonal skills.Broad experience in Oil & Gas brownfield and greenfield facilities with EPC contractors is a highly preferred skill.
