Are you our new Project Engineering Manager** **at Unidro, Milan?
**YOUR DAILY JOB**
The Project Engineering Manager is part of the Engineering Division and reports to the Head of Engineering.
- Interface and relation with Client
- Defines Engineering Schedule, Document Schedule and Procurement Plan in conjunction with Project Managers
- Coordinates disciplines activities and control forecast work area activities and deliverables against schedule
- Optimizes Packaged systems ensuring mínimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance;
- Ensure consistency throughout Engineering development
- Organise, held and prepare notes for multidiscipline meetings (key doc. Meeting)
- Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements;
- Provides technical support to Project Team
**YOUR PROFILE**
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
- Knowledge of international standards in O&G industry i.e. EN, ISO, API, ASME, ANSI, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, ATEX etc.
- Relevant experience in construction/modernisation of oil & gas /industrial sector/ EPC projects
- At least 5 years of experience in the specific discipline;
- Similar role covered in last three projects, of comparable size;
- Experience working on the Contractor or Vendor side.
- Fluent English and Italian;
- Attention to detail, excellent communications skills;
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
- Ability to technically deal with other disciplines and to coordinate small/medium engineering team
