Project Engineering Manager

Project Engineering Team Leader Responsibilities: Co-operate with Project Engineers on specific project requirements. Supervise and co-ordinate all engineering activities to adhere to the budget. Control contract and execution activities' schedule adherence. Prepare and discuss project execution strategy with key stakeholders. Define procedures, guidelines, and technical standards. Adopt technical solutions to optimize project costs. Ensure technical co-ordination among project centers. Manage project engineering activities budget. Check and manage project amendments to minimize delays and costs. Coordinate project design review meetings. Participate in project definition schedule. Provide technical support to Company Management Departments. Ensure technical interface with customers. PEM Department Member Responsibilities: Provide feedback to the Head of Department. Promote professional growth of internal resources. Compare and exchange experiences with colleagues. Assist in the professional growth of other Departments.
