Job Description:
Leonardo is one of the strategic industrial partners of the GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme) program, along with the British BAE Systems and the Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, aimed at the development and realization of a next-generation aerial system, defined as a 'system of systems.' Employed for multidomain operations in the defense sector, the system will be characterized by a 'core platform' connected to other peripheral 'adjuncts,' piloted and unpiloted.
The program, one of the most challenging and futuristic for the aerospace and defense industry, will lead the technological revolution that will characterize the sector in the next fifty years. A challenge aimed at strengthening the technological and industrial sovereignty of the countries involved, as it aims to identify and make available those innovative technologies, called enabling technologies, that will ensure a generational leap, generating positive returns and economic and social progress for the entire country system, to the benefit of new generations.

Within the Tech Integration Team Area, we are looking for a Project Engineering Management for our office in Turin - C.so Francia. The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Supporting the capture of data transfer requirements within the LDO sites and with partners, capturing the needs to support the operational Engineering Plan, engaging all competent engineering teams in compliance with the direction of all processes, approaches, and tools usedSupporting the coordination of the engineering team, preparing internal material for exchanges to/from partners in support of Reviews and internal and international engineering activities with partners.Supporting progress monitoring through periodic checks of the status of relevant actionsSupporting the periodic issuance of UO's inputs to the UO Program Management and International Programme & Partnerships Development for the issuance of plans and reporting required by the Program Qualifications: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, TLCSeniority: Junior/Expert (3-4 years of experience)Technical knowledge and skills:
Project Management System Engineering
Basic knowledge of engineering processes
Synthesis and integration skills
Security clearance
Behavioral competencies:
Ability to work in a team with a multidisciplinary and international approach.
Ability to interact with foreign work cultures
Proactivity and ability to carry out assigned tasks with a good degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines
Linguistic skills:
English level B2, preferably C1 (with particular interest in terms related to the engineering, aeronautical, and project management fields)

Good knowledge of the Office package, MS Project

Availability for national and international travel, including long-term
English certification (CAE/FIRST or TOEFL or IELTS) plus
