Opportunity:Our Team: The Technical Services and ITS team at the Origgio site (VA) is responsible for the preservation of company assets through proper management of engineering, qualification, and maintenance activities of buildings, machinery, and computerized and automation systems, managing all energy aspects of the site.
Additionally, it defines the guidelines for the supply of equipment components and external services and ensures the management and implementation of existing IT systems at the facility while supporting users in utilizing application systems.
Main Responsibilities:Support all data collection and related archiving activities, monitoring investments related to projects (both funded and unfunded), and interface with the administrative department coordinator for the accounting/reporting of all incurred expenses using Excel files and reporting systems.Assist the OMI & PP Manager in drafting intermediate and final reports and in the reporting of activities conducted within projects, contribute to the drafting of technical reports for all activities carried out within projects, and participate in governance meetings representing the technical references of the projects.Collaborate with support for activities on-site during the installation and configuration of new equipment.Support the E & Q Team Leader in the development of Engineering projects in all design and execution activities in the field of machinery, plants, and infrastructures according to Sanofi Guidelines and Standards, ensuring milestones are achieved within time, cost, and user requirements: from technical-economic analysis of offers, including meetings with suppliers, to coordinating on-site activities and assisting in the start-up of plants.Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) validations, testing machinery at suppliers, SAT (Site Acceptance Test), post-installation testing at the site, writing and executing IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operation Qualification), and periodic requalification activities of plant equipment.Support business functions in the specific evaluation of CAPA/Deviations/Phenix Events and collaborate with other functions to improve machinery efficiencies.Candidate Profile:Experience: Experience in managing projects in Technical Studies, Engineering Studies, Industrial Technical Offices, preferably in the Chemical Pharmaceutical or Food sectors.
Ability to work independently and in compliance with safety regulations.
Soft Skills: Teamwork orientation and sharing of technical knowledge.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to face daily challenges independently.
Good relational skills.
Technical Skills: Management of main operating systems and office automation programs (Windows, MAC, Linux, Office, Autocad,...).
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodology.
Project management experience in the Chemical Pharmaceutical or Food industrial environment.
Knowledge of activities performed in funded projects is preferred but not mandatory.
Education: Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automation Engineering.
Languages: Besides Italian (native), English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
