You have recent job experience in a Supply Chain, manufacturing, or industrial context. YOUR MISSION The main mission of our future Talent will be to develop and execute capital engineering projects in support of CHEP SE Region plant operations mainly for Italy and Greece region. The role may also be required to support CHEP in the delivery of projects and installations in other areas of the business.
YOUR GOALS Ensure all capital equipment projects and associated processes are carried out to the highest standards of Zero Harm and in compliance with all local and regional safety and environmental procedures and legislation. Develop project plans and successfully execute them according to established schedule, cost, and performance standards. Vertical startup of all installations. Commissioning targets met on time. Coordinate training of on-site personnel as needed for system operation and maintenance. Track and report progress as required against project deliverables and support maintenance engineering services to reach MTBF targets. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent. 3 years' experience in project management in an industrial environment.
