Roles & ObjectivesAs an Intern, you will be part of our Initiatives Department in Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and you will be reporting to the Manager Project Engineering. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Project Engineering team supporting projects with the final objective of improving operation performance (safety, productivity, quality, compliance, innovation, etc).
Specific Responsibilities:Support safe project execution following all safety regulations for PM employees and contractors by supporting safety risk assessment.Ensure proper Capex execution by monitoring closely the projects under his/her responsibility every month. Support in organizing works and coordinate activities to meet objectives set for the projects under his/her responsibility.Adhere 100% to all Sustainability policies and procedures. Respect health and safety legislation requirements. Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001, PMI QMS AWS requirements. Support the coordination, check, and approve work requirements within defined timelines and resources.Contribute to the right specs definition to meet customer expectations for new products.Support the project implementation and control the flow of the necessary documentation.Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress and support problem-solving to ensure the successful completion of the project.Who we're looking forDegree in Mechanical/Environmental/Management engineering or similar.Literacy in Office Suite.Fluent in English and in Italian.Good communication skills.Good analytical skills.What we offerType of contract: Internship of 6 months length, full time.
