The Project Engineer position will be based out of Zeeco's Lissone office, Milan area.
The position will require knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a focus on Incinerators division products and relevant technical requirements.
Responsible for all aspects of assigned jobs to assure high quality products are delivered on time, within the assigned budget and satisfying the customer requirements.
Duties include coordinating with the various internal and external disciplines, developing and maintaining the procurement and manufacturing schedule, technical and commercial bid evaluations process with sub vendors, monitoring the assigned budget and handling technical and commercial correspondence as required.
Job Duties: Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
Confirm equipment selection and design and perform/coordinate required disciplines.
Coordinate drafting activities to ensure all required drawings are completed on time.
Review customer mark-ups, clarify comments, and instruct drafting as to disposition.
Ensure costs remain within the assigned budget and manage any changes with the customer and suppliers.
Maintain delivery schedule based on customer requirements and Zeeco workloads, including coordination of drafting, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control.
Pre-order materials as required to meet delivery.
Coordinate and provide information to the Quality Control Department for customer/job specifications.
Coordinate all required technical and commercial correspondence related to the job, including all internal communications and correspondence with the customer, end user, sales reps, and/or outside consultants.
Coordinate written advice and commercial resolution with the customer concerning any changes to the scope of supply.
Notify Accounts Department when billings are to be sent.
Perform other related duties as assigned, which may include support to the sales and application engineer.
Qualifications: B.S.
degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)
and/or five (5) years related experience in a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have personal computer skills.
Skills and Values: Even though the position requires an Engineering qualification or background, business acumen and commercial sound decision-making are necessary for success in the role.

Must be fluent in English.
