NHOA Energy is recruiting a Project Engineer to join NHOA's engineering department and contribute to the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System projects worldwide.
The Engineer Manager is responsible for managing engineering and design activities for the delivery of turn-key Battery Energy Storage Systems and acts as the primary technical point of contact for project partners' technical teams, NHOA project team, and other project stakeholders.
Tasks and DutiesGeneral Responsibilities Overall management of engineering and design activities for the BESS project deliveryMobilize and coordinate resources from NHOA's Design Engineering team to support the preparation of the technical deliverables required as per the engineering plan of the projectMonitor project progress in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standardsManage positive relationships with project partners' technical teams, NHOA project team, and other project stakeholders (Suppliers, Consultants, etc.)Strong engagement with NHOA Project Engineering based on the key geographies (US, Australia, Taiwan), ensuring alignment on activities, processes, technical approach, and other head office requirementsProject Responsibilities (SOW) Management and coordination of engineering activitiesManagement and submission of all engineering related contract deliverablesEnsure fit-for-purpose procurement of all project battery storage equipmentPrepare FAT procedures and attend to FAT in Suppliers/NHOA premisesSupport Project Engineer and project partner(s) in all relevant commissioning activitiesParticipate in hot commissioning activities and SAT on-siteDelivery training requirements for BESSEnsure all warranties and guarantees are appropriate and achievedProject Responsibilities (Management) Management of all engineering and design deliverablesManagement of engineering schedule, ensuring project schedule accurately reflects engineering activitiesManage all internal and external reporting requirements for engineering and design activities
