Role summary
The Project Owner Engineer is responsible for the Engineering of a Services Contract or part of the Engineering activity of an Owner Project under the responsibility of and Project Engineering manager. Main projects are BESS (battery energy storage systems) and Revamping/Maintenance of existing Power Plants.
Responsibilities and Duties
Interact with the internal Stakeholders and Partners as focal point for technical matter
Prepare the deliverables list and planning in line with the project schedule. Control, review and monitor any progress deviation from the plan.
Provide narratives and reporting to attach to the Weekly and Monthly reports.
Authorize the issue for construction status of engineering deliverables.
Manage the engineering subcontractor, controlling schedule of deliverable issue, deliverable quality, approving interim progress, analyze claims or engineering changes,
Manage the design changes, either external or internal
Support the Project Manager controlling the EPC Contractor
Support the Development Department in issuing and monitoring the work requisition (quantity, scope of work, work description etc.)
Support the Construction Manager during erection activities, clarifying eventual doubts or providing solution to recover
Deputed at site ad Field Engineering Manager
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
5 years of experience as project Discipline Engineer in Oil&Gas/Petrochemical/Energy/BESS EPC projects
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in engineering and construction.
Fluent written and spoken English
