Serioplast is looking for a Project Engineer for its headquarters in Seriate, Bergamo.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Project Engineer assists the project leader in managing projects, providing in-plant support, and enhancing coordination with the Engineering team during the planning and implementation of new production projects according to company standards and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
Participates actively in project planning and is responsible for keeping it up-to-date by coordinating with the project members and ensuring alignment with the project's scope.
Supervises and coordinates project supplier's activities in the plant.
Supports the start-up and integration of new operations projects.
Coordinates new production ramp-up activities and guarantees a smooth project handover to the plant.
Provides logistics support and expertise to new production projects.
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and environmental rules and practices.
Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
Good knowledge of the properties and behavior of the thermoplastic polymers.
Good applied knowledge of WCM standards.
Good knowledge of CAD 2D.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
Minimum one year's experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company.
