Sofidel's greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to 2030 have been approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to well-below 2°C, in line with the goals of the Paris Agreement.PURPOSETo study and carry out the best technical solutions to meet the corporate needs concerning paper mill and plants' infrastructure, in accordance with the group investments plan MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze weaknesses, technical innovations and investment suggestions, also through presence in the productive units, and suggest the best solutions Develop technical projects and arrange the necessary documentation Test economically and technically the offers received by suppliers and arrange the information for the purchase decision Together with the purchase office, participate in the negotiating phase with suppliers, if necessary Organize and supervise the projects carrying out and start-up Provide technical support and training to the productive units also in the post start-up phase Collaborate with the Building Officer for interventions on buildings and infrastructures Get updated on technological innovation also through the relationships with suppliers Promote a safety-bound corporate culture Apply the Corporate principles and values Additional Requirements Master's Degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering or related field Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
