Could you be the full-time hybrid Documentation Manager in Roma, RM, IT we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and comprehensive expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll ensure the integrity and compliance of documentation processes within our Project & Bid Management department. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, legal, and finance), analyze and manage contract requirements and subcontract documents, and much more.
We'll look to you for:
Administering purchase orders and subcontracts for goods and services, as requested from Project personnel and maintaining records for same per established procedures. Ensuring compliance of the supplier's performance (cost, schedule, technical policies and procedures, and all other terms and conditions) of awarded agreements. Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and requirements. Demonstrating leadership and resilience in project execution. All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field. Experience or understanding of contract management and procurement processes. Ability to analyze financial bonds and interface with guarantor institutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
