The Project Director for Saudi Arabia will lead large-scale, complex projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership and Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. Lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff, and manage project progress. Establish project scopes, objectives, and success criteria, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Foster and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and government bodies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Financial and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Allocate resources effectively and manage project resources, including teams and contractors. Implement and oversee project controls, ensuring adherence to financial and time constraints. Prepare regular reports on project status, financial health, risks, and opportunities.Risk Management and Problem Solving: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to address challenges. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards. Implement and oversee quality assurance processes. Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.Team Development and Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Provide regular feedback and support the professional development of team members.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Construction Management) or Business Administration (with a technical background) (Master's degree is preferred).Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments. Experience working on international projects or in a multicultural setting is a plus.Skills: Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
