Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the development process for assigned project, from the acquisition of new land, design and development, construction of all infrastructure and buildings. Develop, implement, and communicate overall Company Development strategy that maximizes the return on investment for the company. Coordinate with all functions to formulate strategy and requirements. Manage development site analysis, assessment/feasibility including review relevant site documents, meet with various public entities, conduct periodic site and neighborhood visitations. Meet with consultants and attorneys regarding zoning possibilities and limitations, review studies and diagrams, confirm basic configurations. Establish and implement the project's development business plan. Formulate and finalize the Final Development Brief for the project, and if required, for each stage, in line with the project business plan. Maintain focus throughout project development and execution on the financial parameters of the project (both quantum and quality of returns) to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded. Management of consultant appointments, design development, design, costing, programming, staging, approvals and delivery of the infrastructure, and remediation aspects of the project. Managing the works within the scope contemplated within the Master Plan, Commercial Assessment and budget. Category:

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
Education: MBA, ideally with international exposure. Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience (MBB) and 3+ years of experience in real estate development (also acceptable is RE finance, asset management or construction). Ideally has worked on luxury hospitality projects. Mindset: open-minded, curious, bias towards action, excellent at solving problems, and a willingness to embrace new opportunities.
